Sara from Total Hearing was so reassuring and friendly. Despite having full books for the week she was able to examine my ear briefly, explain my condition, and schedule me in the following day for an ear suction. This was great peace of mind. I really appreciated her informative manner - and an added bonus was that the procedure was painless. I would definitely recommend to anyone suffering blocked ears.

I have been a loyal customer of Total hearing Windsor for nearly twenty years. I started off with them when they were known as Applied Audiology. When they change ownership the great service continued. They are situated in a beautiful old historic building now, which makes the visit all the more pleasant. Staff are lovely and always friendly. When ever I need consumables, like batteries and wax filters they will always post them to me, as it's easier for me than getting in there. I brought the whole family along for their hearing needs. Both mum and dad became customers. They will go out of their way to find the very best solution for your hearing needs. Would highly recommend Total Hearing Windsor.

Child Hearing Test We had the best experience with Total Hearing Morningside when having out 6 year old sons hearing checked. From the initial phone call I made to enquire through to leave receiption they were helpful, friendly and genuine and completely transparent with pricing. The test itself and the results were clearly explained and my son felt really comfortable throughout. Would highly recommend for a childs hearing test.

My father-in-law, Brian, was recently fitted with his first pair of hearing aids by Kate at Total Hearing. Kate was very patient with us, and was more than happy to answer our questions. We have found the entire team to be friendly and supportive and would highly recommend.

Kate is very professional and friendly. I had been getting by with one hearing aid, even though a new test and test results from a few years ago showed a deficit in both ears. Kate gave me an affordable way to get an aid for both ears. Two weeks in, and the improvement is amazing. Thanks to Kate I am not missing out on conversations anymore.

My experience at Total Hearing has been great. Helen and Alex always explain everything thoroughly. I always leave with all my questions answered. All the staff are totally genuine and care about my hearing needs. Total Hearing clinic is a very happy place! Something that is rare these days. I see Helen who I have found to be excellent in communicating and listening to my needs. I would highly recommend Total Hearing as a caring efficient service ready to assist in every way possible.

I met with Kate Robertson in May and she immediately put me at ease with her professional and pleasant manner. I was a bit apprehensive ( didn't want to admit that I have hearing loss!) but her explanations to all my questions allied this fear. I’d just like to say a huge thank you to the lady who did my sons hearing assessment today! I feel terrible that I can’t for the life of me remember her name but I wanted to express my appreciation as she was absolutely fantastic! So kind and patient with my son who has ADHD and can become very nervous in unfamiliar situations. She was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and understanding, patient and friendly. I couldn’t be happier with the service she provided. Thank you for making what could have been a disaster an enjoyable experience for my son.
